Despite holding a masters degree in Journalism, her true love is producing unique jewelry, and that ever since 1989, when she started her own company, Perla.
Her jewelry is made out of natural materials, semi precious stones, corals and pearls in combination with metal, medical steel and silver. Meticulous attention is dedicated to every item, from the selection of materials to the method of crafting. And this is what makes her jewelry, above all, unique and unrepeatable.
Željana participated in numerous exhibitions all over Europe, and her knowledge and creativity is being constantly upgraded through education and certification from places ranging from Iceland, over Zagreb to Hong Kong.
